Q: How do I change my password?

A: Since your login information controls the software, we require that you Contact Tech Support for this matter.

Q: Why does nothing happen when I add a website to the "Unblock Sites" list?
A: Before the site can be unblocked, you must first deactivate, then reactivate the software. The page should refresh automatically allowing text entry and enabling the submit button to work again. Please refer to How to Use BuyBlock and Using Unblock Sites Feature for more help.

Q: Why does the charge on my credit card show up as "WWW.SHAREITINFO.COM", and not BuyBlock LLC?
