By accepting the Privacy Statement and our Software License Agreement during your registration with us, you explicitly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Statement. For those users of the website who do not register with BUYBLOCK™ but who volunteer personal information to us (for example by accessing non-member areas of the website), this Privacy Statement will also apply to them. This Privacy Statement is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the BUYBLOCK™ Software License Agreement.
Our Data Protection Obligations
We at BUYBLOCK™ LLC respect your right to privacy and are committed to our obligation as a "data controller" by taking appropriate measures to ensure the security of your information.
Types of Information We Collect and Retain
We collect and retain two categories of information:
1. "Personal Data": This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, address, email address, user IP addresses, telephone number, birth date, billing, payment and credit or debit card information Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit such information to us.
2. "Non-Personal Data": Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis from all visitors to our website. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website. In order to protect ourselves and our customers against potential fraud, we may also verify with third parties the information you provide. In the course of such verification, we receive Personal Data about you from such services (e.g. credit reference agencies, payment service providers etc). In particular, if you register a credit card or debit card with BUYBLOCK™ LLC, we may use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your card information and address match the information that you supplied to BUYBLOCK™ LLC and that the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.
  If we cannot verify the information that you provide, we may ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions ` to help verify your information.
Purposes for which we hold your Information.
When you register for and use BUYBLOCK™ we will use your Personal data and Non-Personal data to deliver our Services to you in accordance with our Software Licence Agreement. Specifically, we will use your data for the following purposes:
1. Personal Data
  We will process any Personal Data you provide to us for the following purposes:
  - to provide you with the Services for which you have registered;
  - to contact you if required in connection with your registration or use of the Services or to respond to any communications you might send to us;
  - to process your payments to us, including by use of payment processing companies;
  - to provide you with Services updates and to keep you informed of our Services.
2. Non-Personal Data:
  We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organize our website.
How we collect Information from you
1. By registration: We collect information about you that you provide when you register to use our website and complete out Software License Agreement.
2. Contacting Us: We collect information about you if you complete any of the various forms on our website, if you contact us by telephone, email, fax or mail or if you make enquiries or order our product.
3. Cookies: Our website uses "cookie" technology. A cookie is a little piece of text stored by the browser on your computer, at the request of our server. It enables a website to "remember" who you are. We may use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your personal preferences so you do not have to re-enter them each time you connect to our website you are always free to decline our cookies, if your browser permits, or to ask your browser to indicate when a cookie is being sent. You can also delete cookie files from your computer at your discretion. Note that if you decline our cookies or ask for notification each time a cookie is being sent, this may affect your ease of use of this website.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
1. Personal Data: When you register with our website we will store and process your Personal Data only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Statement. Your Personal Data will not be shared with third parties other than for these purposes (unless a transfer is necessary in the context of a change of ownership of BUYBLOCK™ LLC’s assets or business – see 9 below). Where it is necessary to share your Personal Data with third parties, we will ensure that we have a written contract in place which protects your rights under the Data Protection Acts.
2. Non-Personal Data: We may provide Non-Personal Data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our website. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit our website, the demographic breakdown of our community users of our website, or the activities that visitors to our website engage in while on our website.
  Legal Obligation: We will disclose your information (including Personal Data and Non-Personal Data) if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement or valid legal process.
Sale of Business
We reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of BUYBLOCK™ LLC provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Statement and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purposes that you provided it to us. You will be notified in the event of any such transfer and you will be afforded an opportunity to opt-out.

Some pages on the BUYBLOCK™.com website include links to third party websites. These sites are governed by their own privacy statements, and BUYBLOCK™.com is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Users submitting information to or through these third party websites should review the privacy statement of these sites before providing them with personally identifiable information. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such.
Revisions to this Privacy Statement
We may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time as new features are added to the BUYBLOCK™ service or as we incorporate suggestions from our customers. If we are going to use or disclose your Personal Data in a manner materially different from that stated at the time we collected the information, you will have a choice as to whether or not we use or disclose your information in this new manner. Any material changes will be effective only after we provide you by email with at least 30 days notice of the amended Privacy Statement (if you have closed your BUYBLOCK™ account, you will not be contacted to notify you of the amended Privacy Statement and your Personal Data will not be used or disclosed in this new manner). We will post the amended Privacy Statement prominently on our website so that you can always review what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
Children
Children are not eligible to use our Service. Any minors (under the age of 18) should not submit any personal information to us nor should they use the Services.
Security
BUYBLOCK ™ LLC is committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your Personal Data is held on secure servers. All subscriptions are processed through secure payment servers.
The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet but we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organizational measures) to protect your Personal Data.
Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data
You may update your Personal Data at any time by accessing your account information through our website. Upon successful login you will be able to:
1. update or correct your Personal Data;
2. verify what Personal Data we maintain about you, (to find out what Personal Data we old on you or to have your Personal Data updated, amended or removed from our database, please email us at myaccount@BuyBlock™.com.
3. change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us; or
4. delete the Personal Data maintained about you on our systems.
